The child pornography case involving against Ben Fawley was again delayed on March 24, 2006. The case was supposed to begin on March 24, but a Richmond judge has postponed the trial rescheduling it to begin sometime on July 19, 2006. During the search for Taylor Behl, Richmond police searched Fawley's apartment, located adjacent to the VCU campus, uncovering at least 30 graphic depictions of children involved in sexual acts. Some of the children are said to be as young as a year old.
