Ben Fawley is expected to be arraigned in the next few days for the added charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The police continue to deflect questions about what charges, if any, Fawley faces in the death of Taylor Behl. Chief Monroe continues to tell us that the investigation is focused, and that they want to get it right. They want to make sure that when they turn the case over to prosecutors, that the case is a iron-clad and impervious to defense tactics. Though this weapons charge is unrelated to Taylor Behl, the police did say that charge was a direct result of their "focused and aggressive" investigation of Taylor's death. The family is delaying setting a date for the burial of Taylor, as the Virginia medical examiner has not completed their work. Once the the ME's office releases the remains, the family will finalize scheduling. On The Early Show this morning, Matt Behl indicated that if everything comes together, "her mother and I will take her to burial on Thursday." Thursday would have been Taylor's 18th birthday. This is a detail that Mr. Behl recognized saying, "Of course, this is something we had not planned."Speaking to other parents, and sharing with them a lesson learned from the death of his daughter, Mr. Behl said this, "I think a lot of parents are probably in similar situations, in not knowing exactly what is going on with their kids, other than the precautionary tales of, 'Be careful what you put out there.'" Talking about the type and amount of information that the youth of today are putting on the many websites, "...children are putting out a lot of personal information about themselves. I don't think parents are wholly aware of it."Saying that if there is a lesson from Taylor's death, or if Taylor were to leave a legacy, he hopes that it is that "...perhaps parents will take the time to sit down with their kids and understand exactly what's being put out there, and open up a dialogue with them."
