In a video just uploaded on the WJLA ABC7 News, it is now reported that a source close to the family has said that they are 99.9% certain that the body is that of Taylor Behl. WJLA reports that Janet Pelasara has been spotted on the scene.
In the same report, WJLA says that sources close to the investigation told them that they came to this farm because of pictures they found on Ben Fawley's computer. The task force went to the farm, and upon arrival smelled the odor of decay. From there they searched and found the remains in a shallow grave. The picture found on Fawley's computer were apparently put into context for investigators by one of Fawley's friends.
This map is a composite map of Virginia showing Vienna, where Taylor's mother lives, Springfield, where Taylor's father lives, Richmond, the location of the VCU campus, and Mathews, the small coastal community where remains believe to be those of Taylor Behl were found.

From Jim Nolan a staff-writer with The Richmond Times-Dispatch.
The Richmond Police task force investigating the disappearance of Virginia Commonwealth University student Taylor Marie Behl has discovered the remains of a body in rural Mathews County.
Sources close to the investigation said the body has not been identified. It was discovered in a shallow grave behind a barn on an isolated piece of private property in the sparsely populated coastal county, located about 50 miles east of Richmond. The picture to the left is an aerial view of the site where the body was found. (Thanks to Virginia Layman for the photo, which I edited for inclusion on this site.)
The sources said Richmond Police Chief Rodney Monroe and other task force investigators flew by State Police helicopter to the scene, where they were joined by investigators from the VCU police department, FBI and other agencies.

Reached at the scene, Monroe declined to provide details on what the task force had found. "All we can say at this point is that we're in Mathews, Virginia, at a location where we've recovered the remains of a body."
Sources said the property where the grave was discovered was one of a number of "locations of interest" identified by task force investigators through their interviews with people questioned in connection with the disappearance of Behl, who vanished on Sept. 5.
In the story carried by the Associated Press, they report that when they called Jante Pelasara's home, they were told that she did not know anything about finding a body. The person declined to identify themselves, only saying they were a family friend.
