Fawley to Face Grand Jury
Task Force Still Seeks "GRN ERTH" Tag

Grand jury set to hear the child pornography charges brought against Ben Fawley. As many as 30 video depicting children as young a one engaged in sexual acts. Since his arrest, Ben Fawley has been kept in an isolation cell, awaiting his preliminary hearing on October 31.
Family, friends, and strangers all attended the benefit concert held at Jammin' Java in Vienna, VA. Vienna is the small Virginia town just outside of Washington, DC. Besides being her former employer, Taylor counted Jammin' Java among her favorite hangout spots. The concert was sponsored by the popular business, as well as the three musical groups that performed during the concert.

Janet Pelasara, the missing 17-year old teenager's mother, sat outside of the concert venue yesterday afternoon collecting money and messages of support from those attending the concert. She hopes that the money raised will help bring her daughter home. 28 days ago, at 10:30 P.M., Taylor left her dorm room with her car keys, student ID, cell phone, and a little cash. She told her roommate that she would return in a few hours. 24 hours after Taylor should have returned, the roommate alerted the campus police at the Virginia Commonwealth University.

Upon hearing of her daughter's disappearance, Ms. Pelasara rushed to the urban campus of VCU, and since then has kept her daughter's plight in the focus of local and national media. The investigation has grown since the initial report and now includes a task force comprised of the Richmond Police Department, Virginia State Police, the office of the Virginia Attorney General, and the FBI.

The police are still trying to obtain information about the car that reportedly displayed the stolen personalized Virginia "400th Anniversary" license plate "GRN ERTH." The only connection drawn to the stolen plates and Taylor is that the plates were stolen "in the same time frame" that Taylor disappeared. Police have declined to comment beyond that, citing the ongoing criminal investigation.
You can help. If you see the plate pictured here, or if you have seen this plate, the task force wants to speak to you. If you see this plate, notify the Richmond Police Department, or the local police jurisdiction where you see it. Please try to note the type of car, a description of the driver, the place and time, and if there are any distintive markings on the car. If safe to do so, use a cell phone to make the report. Call 877-244-HELP or 800-THE-LOST.
